Jay joined the Veritas team with more than 12 years of experience as a financial advisor and consultant. He has worked with individuals and families on many different aspects of their financial health, from those just beginning their journey, to those saving for retirement, to those ready start a new chapter in their lives. He has worked with educational institutions, hospitals, and non-profits and consulted with their employees on available retirement options and solutions. Jay has extensive communication and presentation experience and a lifelong dedication to coaching adults and children in athletics, the arts, and of course, wealth management and retirement savings.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Jay has lived in Manhattan, Seattle, Miami, and Charlottesville, and has now settled in Mclean, Virginia. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a major in International Relations and a minor in Theater. After a 33 year break, he reconnected with and married his college sweetheart. Much of his non-professional life is spent keeping up with her and spoiling their pets.

He greatly enjoys travel, and has been doing so extensively with his globe-trotting wife, including their honeymoon in Africa and their recent trip to Ireland and Northern Ireland. He teaches and trains in martial arts locally, and is proud and honored to be a part of the Veritas team.
