Conor Shears

Conor is the engine of the operation, ensuring that our services are implemented to the highest and most efficient standards.

Conor Shears grew up in Arlington, VA. Conor attended Bucknell University where he graduated with a degree in Political Science, as well as Jacksonville University where he earned an MBA, and was a 5-year college athlete in lacrosse. He started in the Financial Services Industry in 2022 as an Operations Analyst at Merrill Lynch, and later joined Brock’s team in 2023 as the team’s Investment Operations Manager. Conor is responsible for client service-related inquires, policy and account transactions, new account paperwork, and helps to make sure the office runs as efficiently as possible.

When not working, Conor enjoys golfing, playing basketball, watching live sports, and relaxing with his friends. He also coaches a high school lacrosse team and is a member of the Ireland National Men’s Lacrosse team.
